Using Design to Create Organizational Impact

This project aimed to use service design to suggest interventions to optimize the process.

Empowering the Next Generation of Designers

To improve design competency, I initiated a fellowship program to nurture the next generation of designers. The program provides students with hands-on experience and mentorship from industry professionals. Through annual cohorts, the fellowship trains junior designers, offering them real-world skills and career opportunities.
